Cashback is a saving, not income
Nevexa returns part of what you spend on purchases you'd make anyway. It isn't a way to make money, and not every purchase qualifies.
A purchase might not earn cashback if
- it's cancelled, returned or exchanged
- a coupon not listed on the Nevexa offer is used
- the product or payment method is excluded
- tracking is blocked or the purchase isn't completed in one visit
- the store doesn't confirm the order

Does Nevexa cost anything?
No. Nevexa is free. Partner stores pay us a commission for referred sales.
Will I pay more by shopping through Nevexa?
No. The store sets the price, and it's the same as going to the store directly.
How long until I can withdraw?
After the store confirms your order, which is usually 30 to 90 days after purchase depending on its return policy. Each offer shows the expected time.
My purchase didn't track. What now?
If it hasn't appeared within 72 hours, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order details, and we'll raise it with the store.
